We provide free e-waste pickup for businesses and residents across the San Francisco Bay Area, but certain criteria must be met. Review the guidelines below to see if your items and volumes qualify for no-cost service.
Free pickup requires a minimum quantity of equipment. Typically, at least 5–10 medium electronics (such as computers, servers, or printers) or a similar mix of smaller items bundled together are needed. For larger, high-value assets, fewer units may qualify.
We accept a wide range of IT and office equipment, including: Computers, laptops, and tablets Servers, networking gear, and storage devices Printers, copiers, and AV equipment Monitors, TVs, and flat screens Batteries, peripherals, and cables Note: Hazardous waste (paint, household appliances, light bulbs, etc.) is not included.
To ensure smooth pickup: Consolidate small items into boxes or pallets Remove sensitive data from devices (or request certified data destruction) Keep equipment in an accessible ground-floor area or loading dock Label special items like batteries separately
Once your items and quantities are confirmed, we’ll arrange a convenient pickup time. Most pickups are scheduled within 3–5 business days. Same-week service may be available in central Bay Area locations.
